Long Stays: For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock and Full Clean for $120. For extended stays, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property, keeping it in top condition throughout your stay. We respectfully ask that you review the house rules before confirming your reservation and adhere to them throughout your stay. Please be aware that parties or events of any nature will not be permitted. Non-compliance with this regulation will result in eviction from the premises and charges for any necessary damage or extra cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in advance! Lost keys will result in a fine of $250. For any alterations such as shortening your stay, early check-in, or late check-out, please submit your request prior to arrival. These requests are subject to availability and may not be possible during peak periods or when there are back-to-back bookings. Early check-ins and late check-outs may also incur additional charges if they impact our cleaning schedule or other reservations. We recommend making any changes as early as possible to allow us to best accommodate your request.
